This line was created straight from the heart, it was created to help build myself up when I was breaking down. A constant struggle with my own mind 3 years ago, I decided to shift my brand into something I was truly passionate about, that is mental health and the wellness of others. I struggle on a daily basis with my anxiety and depression and wanted to do something that could help others when I continue to help myself. This collection speaks about reframing the state of mind to heal through energy and your own well-being. Its to let you know how valued and loved you are through every detail. On the cuff of each sleeve I created a sensory outlet to help the mind in overwhelming spaces. A gentle rub up and down or in a circle motion where the smily face lays will help relax the mind when feeling anxious.
